Sourire – Cervical interbody fusion system

The PEEK cervical cage “Sourire” by its anatomical form and its tripod oriented pins makes possible a simple positioning and an optimal primary stability.

Sourire is indicated for spinal instabilities and degenerative disc diseases requiring a permanent stabilization, especially for cervical diseases located between C3 and T1, where segmental spondylodesis are recommended, as for example:

  • Disc prolapse
  • Spinal arthritic modifications with consecutive canal stenosis

Subsidence risk reduced to the strict minimal through the ideal size and shape of the Sourire supporting surface

Positioning of the Sourire as far as possible from thespinal canal

Optimal primary stability of the Sourire

Optimal bilateral load relief on both neuroforamen through the dorso-lateral support of the Sourire design
